Can’t connect to ultimate team

Since yesterday i can’t connect to ultimate team, it starts and then keep getting an error message “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main men...

    Hey @abiomy 

    Try also restarting your router to help resync your account. 

    Use the UT web app or companion app to create a brand new squad with different players and set it as your main squad before testing the game again.

For the last 2 days every time try to play squad battles I get the following message 
We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to ultimate team . You will be returned to the menu

please help
