Can’t find the new FC Founder upgrade evolution, I have the FC Founder II but can’t find the other one

Same here, contact advisor through EA help and their reply was:
"Thank you for contacting EA. I hope you are doing fine. As I have checked the case, this was the known issue before but now it has resolved. I would suggest you to wait for sometime."
Been waiting since yesterday and it still hasn't been resolved.
did they ever fix it for you? i still haven't gotten mine
Still no joy on finding mine, even contacted ea support ticket and they gave me very little info aside from reporting as a bug, i need my 88 Muani

- @rekrokr It was only meant for the players who are considered as FC Founder. Did you buy and play the game on or before 1 November 2023?
