Can’t submit SBC

There is an error connecting to the EA servers every time I try and complete an sbc. How do I fix this? I was submitting them fine last night then today I can’t.

    Hi there, @mcnaughtonarchie 

    Is this happening on both the web/companion app and in game? If it's only on the app, try submitting SBCs in game instead. This will happen though if you submit too many SBCs in a short amount of time. So, slow down a bit on that and you should avoid this. Something else you can do is re-sync your game by logging out of Ultimate Team and loading back into it.

    Hello,

    I’m facing the same issue, can’t submit sbc on console but can in web app, happening 3 times since last Friday to me.

    Could you provide a real solution ? Because turn off/on the game, « slow down », waiting 1 day to play a game we bought, it’s not very serious answer.

    It’s the most important part of the year as you know, we should able to play as many as/when we want.

    Could you please explain why this happening ?

    at the end it’s just a game, but is very frustrating.

    Try logging out and back in as I mentioned. If that doesn't help, just give it a day to see if everything syncs up again.
