I have issues receiving my fc 24 points I paid $X and bought the x points. However, the points have not should up to my account.
I tried the following:
nothing seems to work I don’t know if that’s normal or do I need to wait.
(I bought them at 1 pm, as of 12 am nothing).
please help

Sometimes it can take even 24 hours for your transaction to wrap up processing and for your points to appear, but if you don't see them after that time, we may need to investigate this for you.

Check your order history to confirm if your purchase was for FC points and not FIFA points.
