Cannot connect ultimate team

Cannot play ultimate team the past 3 days i been trying and reading what to do and still cant find a solution for it. “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu” this message pops up everytime i try logging in to UT. I tested other online features such as Pro clubs and it seems to work except for UT. I hope someone can read this and help me out wiith my problem because it’s really frustrating paying for a game and not being able to even use it.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to help get yo connected to UT. First, what system are you playing on? Also, is a wired or wireless connection being used?

    Im on PS5 and no im using wired connection through a Lan cable

    @OsmarDM1 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Which platform are you playing on?

    Also, try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot. This is only as a test. It's not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.

    Hi @EA_Aljo . I have the same issue on the PC platform. I did try with a mobile hotspot and it works. However, the error message "connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment" keeps appearing when using WiFi.

    @zzxfzbsryx8w 

    That normally means the issue is with your ISP since it works on a completely different connection. Have you tried using a wire though? It would be good to rule out this being a wireless issue.

    @OsmarDM1 Also I cannot connect in my FC24 now. Tried to clear cache in my ps5 at safe mode, restart my internet. But sadly still the same. Hope they can fix this problem
