A few days ago, I stopped being able to change my active squad from the web app. It said "An error occurred and your squad was not saved. Please try again later."
However, today I packed duplicate Gold Van Dijk and Gold Thiago Alcantara, but I cannot swap Van Dijk with his duplicate (which is tradeable). I also cannot open packs because of this glitch.
So, I would like to find out how I can fix this error.

Please try making a new squad and set it to active. Then try to remove the items from the previous squad.
I tried that, it still gives the same error. When I reload the web app, the original squad didn't have their players removed and the new squad was cleared.
Maybe it has something to do with the way the xbox was turned off, someone yanked the power cord before I could properly shut it down.
Community ManagerI don't think unplugging the console would do that as your team is saved on our servers. Can you create a new squad on your Xbox instead of using the app?
I am away from my xbox so it would be impossible to do that.
Is there any way these bugs can be fixed without using the xbox?
Community ManagerI'm not aware of another way to resolve this. Unfortunately, you'll need to wait until you have access to your Xbox again.
