Cannot select kit to advance into match

I’m just trying to play a match and in both Rivals and Champs when I get to kit selection it glitches and I suddenly can’t select anything or advance into the game. Every time the other player leaves or it times out making it literally impossible to just play a match. 

and you guys are trying to get people to buy the next game at the moment but basic things in this one still don’t work…
