Cannot send evo card to club after quick sell recovery

I cannot send my evo 86 alvarez back to my club after quick selling

Additional context:

I quick sold this card so that I could try a different evolution chain. I ended up not being able to complete the new evo, so quick sold that card in order to bring back the 86. I could not send it to the club. Afterwards, I realized I didn't claim a part of the evo chain for the new evo, so claimed it thinking that was the problem (that card was already quick sold). That didn't help. I waited for the new evo to not be recoverable to see if that was the issue, but there was no change.

Additionally, I tried to evo the base gold alvarez in a separate evo (pick it up / champs), but it gives the "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again" error, which is the same as when you already have an evolved version of a card.

I suspect that the evolution that I claimed when the new evo was already quick sold is being seen as a card in my club, despite the fact that I cannot see that card. I think that that card needs to be purged somehow?

  • i am having the same issue and reported it to their help chats twice, am hoping the mention this publicly on their communications acc on twitter. i was told to try and reinstall my game fwiw

    Not that I thought it would actually work, but I reinstalled the game and there’s no change.

  • Same, Really hope EA actually listens to it's players and fixes this because the vidigal I accidentally quick sold is one of my favourite cards on the game and I really don't want to lose him

  • The same happened to me I accidentally discarded an evolved garnacho card I’ve had since the start of the game and after I recovered it the webapp said it was a duplicate and I couldn’t even access the store on my console but I don’t have any garnacho card in my club 

  • Same thing happened to me. Server error and contacted ea support, different agent providing different answers, But the issue persists...

  • Same issue here. Live chat unable to provide any real help or advise. Anybody managed to find a fix or solution to this yet?

  • @CS7102 I'm having exactly the same issue I think it's something to do with putting an evolved player Into an sbc at some point in my case Dalot and now I have another evolved dalot in my duplicate stash and I can't open packs
