Can't access to my ultimate team on fc24

I am experiencing an issue when trying to access Ultimate Team on my EA account.

Each time I attempt to connect, I receive the following error message:

"Vous avez perdu votre connexion en ligne. Vérifiez votre réseau domestique.Vous ne pourrez pas accéder aux fonctionnalités en ligne de FC tant que vous ne rétablissez pas la connexion avec les serveurs EA. Voir ea.com/unable-to-connect pour de plus amples informations."

Despite this message, my internet connection is stable and working properly.

To troubleshoot, I logged in using a friend’s profile on the same device and network, and Ultimate Team worked perfectly without any issues. This suggests the problem is specific to my EA account rather than my connection or hardware.

Summary of the issue:

Error appears only on my EA account

Same device and network work fine with another account

Unable to access Ultimate Team features Issue persists across multiple attempts

Could you please check if there is any restriction, ban, or account-related issue preventing me from accessing Ultimate Team?

    Hi there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading into UT again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
