I an so annoyed with Ultimate Team

I was playing FIFA today and noticed that almost ALL of my UT cards became CONCEPT CARDS!, and I couldn’t play a match or anything. I didn’t know what a concept card was so I read some articles on this website and one said to delete the concept cards and try to get them again by buying them or finding them in packs, like WHAT! So I didn’t know what to do but to delete them and try to get them back but I just ended up deleting all of my best cards which is so annoying. Please if you know a way to find a way to get them back or to get a refund from the packs I bought, please reach out. (THE SCREENSHOT HAS A COPY OF MY OLD TEAM,THE BLUEISH GRAY IS THE CONCEPT CARDS)
