Can't change platform on web app

I have the same problem and I have made a team 

So this is what happened. I bought EA Play pro to get the full game, and because i dont want to worry about my 10 hour limit. I played for a while, and i checked companion app, and saw that I was logged into my account on which i was playing. Then i tried switching back to the old persona, and back to this persona and everything worked fine. I dont know if EA fixed it, or is it because i bought EA Play pro, but now its working.

Same problem, I have option to switch persona but when I try to use it there is an error.

Just so you are aware, if some of you started playing AFTER THE 1ST OF AUGUST in EA SPORTS FIFA 23 you won't have access to the Web App as we can see in this article : https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea-sports-fc/early-web-and-companion-app-start/

For example, if you played FIFA 23 on PS5 from September 2022 and on PC from the 10th of August, the option to switch will NOT be there and will show only PS5.

Define "playing", I have not played via Steam on PC for ages but I did login to the web app and have opened free initialisation packs or something so I have a couple of players.

When I start playing on new PS5 will I then be able to open with the web app?

So I used the webapp before I bought ea play pro and made 40k coins a team but now if I log in to my pc with the same details I have to start a new squad, pick jerseys and club nation etc. How did you change the persona to the one in which you have already made progress? Is there like a logout and log n button?

I was able to login to webapp this morning after launching full game of EAFC 24 standard edition for the first time..been playing trial 10hrs before only. Club cratded after first of august.

No access to transfer market so I assume trial games do not count. Still no founders packs.

Same problem. There is no option to change persona from my PS to my Xbox account.
