Cant create any game session

(Xbox one user)

On Friday afternoon (post euros update) until now, I have not been able to play any games including squad battles and friendlies against ai. It gives me the error code shown in picture 1 every time. I subsequently went to ea help and spoke in the chat. I was given poor advice that did not make sense to my problem and my case was marked as resolved (picture 2) even though no action had been taken. I know it is not a connection issue as I am able to play games without fail on other online modes like Pro clubs and online seasons. Please help, I can no longer contact ea as shown in image 3.
