Can't play any matches and can't submit any SBC's. Please help!
Multiple Game-Breaking Errors in Ultimate Team happened to me today.
I am writing to bring several persistent issues I have been encountering in Ultimate Team, which have significantly impacted my ability to play the game, literally.
• Error Creating Game Session: Whenever I attempt to play a match, a pop-up message appears stating, "There was an error creating your game session. Please try again." (Check screenshots) Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to initiate any matches in any game modes in Ultimate Team.
• Error Submitting Any SBCs: When I try to submit Squad Building Challenges (SBCs), I receive the error message, "There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again." (Check screenshots) This prevents me from participating in SBCs altogether and also kicks me out completely from the Ultimate Team game mode.
• Store Tab Visual Glitch: For the past six months, the Store tab has been showing a notification indicating that I have an unopened pack. However, I have no packs available to open, and this persistent notification is quite frustrating.
I have taken the following steps to resolve these issues on my end:
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App
• Restarted my PC
• Checked and confirmed the stability and speed of my internet connection
• Did a EA Connection Quality Report and obtained a 96/100 score (Check screenshots)
• Checked if I can do SBCs on the Web App, and I can confirm - I can
Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the problems, and I am currently unable to play the game. Furthermore, the first two errors happened to me today, 01.07.2024 at around 5PM EET.
I really need help because the EA chat support team didn't helped me at all, of course.
