CE-108255-1

Can’t log into ultimate team on console with erro code ce-108255-1 an when I try to log into the web app it’s saying I’m logged in on the console

    Hey @ERCWw, 

    In this case, please make sure to close the game completely instead of just minimizing it. You can also turn off your console for 15 minutes. After that, log in through the web app or companion app. When you log in, create a new squad using different players, tactics, and formation, and then try logging in on your console again.

    It worked thanks not sure what was happen before maybe it was not off long enough do you know why that happen the last thing I did was an sbc then added the player a new tactics .

    I’m glad to hear that it worked. I am unsure about the cause, but I have also reported this to our game teams for further investigation into the issue.
