Co op Rivals - Not gaining wins and progress when opponent leaves

Yesterday, on Wednesday, September 27th, I played Co-op Rivals with a friend. He hosted the lobby, and I joined him. We played several matches, but when the opponent left the game, you wouldn't receive your wins. This happened three times in a row, resulting in me not receiving the wins, but instead being kicked back to the lobby with the message "The match will be reviewed by FUT."
