Community manager please help a visual bug caused my Blanc to be discarded

Hello FIFA community,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm writing today with a matter that has left me incredibly frustrated and disheartened, and I'm hoping to resolve this issue. I recently encountered a significant visual bug in FIFA that resulted in the loss of one of my valuable players,Blanc, i completed the loan section of the SBC Last. i discarded the loan player but to my dismay up on looking in my club all i had was the Loan item and the blanc that i had grinded for was gone this wouldn't usually be an issue but i had already used my quick sell recovery to recover high rated dupes to complete SBCs, I had no intention of getting rid of this player, and this quick-sell was purely the result of a technical glitch or bug within the game. I was devastated when I realized what had occurred.

I immediately reached out to EA support to report the issue, but I'm yet to receive a resolution an agent told me that my only hope was to appeal to the community managers as they are the only ones that could help me with this issue. please see attached screen shot. i know you guys are busy but can you please take some time out of your day to help me and turn my sadness in to happiness.
