yeah thats exactly what I see as well, followed by a QR code for more information. It was fine for me at content drop, but then stopped working around 2 hours ago.
- @skyefung12 Exactly the same here. I tried my daughter’s account on my Xbox and it’s fine so no idea what’s going on.
I can’t log into Ultimate Team, the connection to the Internet is stable, I played all day before, I re-entered the game like this. PC platform, I tried to register DNS, cleared the cache and checked files in Steam too. Already rebooted routers and PCs
How come?

How do we get help with this? It’s quite worrying as a search shows a lot of people with the issue and no fix at all.

Yep. Support have been no help at all. I’ve spent hundreds on points on this game too. It’s disgusting.
Everything on EA says all servers are running fine. So I dont understand where to go to get help
