Same, bought a store pack and this happened, happened to my brother after he bought one too
Still not login this is brutal
There has been complete silence from EA on this as well, what on earth is going on. Still can't access my own account on either PS5, PS4, web app or companion app...and it has now been nearly 24 hours!
Same issue. It’s not a server issue. Have had the error code for over 8 hours now.
I have had the same issue since 8pm UK time, 02/04/24....
1. Try and access ultimate team on my PS5 and get the error "Coonecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu"
2. Then get a message to say "Unable to access UT" and it has a QR code and URL to a connectivity checker.
I contacted EA today and they walked me through changing my PS DNS settings, this did not help. They the went to to say they are aware of the issue, they've had multiple reports and are working on a fix.
So no help at all and no signs of a solution, no idea how long we will have this issue sadly.

- @aelbouhdidi My issue is limited to the market both on console and mobile. If you try to connect to the market to retrieve items from the mobile application I get kicked out of the application.
