connecting to ultimate is not possible at this moment in PC

From the day i have buy the game but the UT is not opening tried everything. Please help as they are not iniating the refund neither transfer my game to new account . SO can  anyone help me to resolv...

@7spidey_1992_ BRO Its for ps i am on PC. for this you have to call you service operator and tell him to activate these ports

  1. Hi its me spidey  .i made new ea account ..but still does not works ..i think this is our area issue ..have you tried to use vpn and then try to connect ? Do let me know. And are there other guys from our area facing this issue ?
