From the day i have buy the game but the UT is not opening tried everything. Please help as they are not iniating the refund neither transfer my game to new account . SO can anyone help me to resolve this issue

Since yesterday trying to connect an allways the same error. Maybe quit from EA Play would resolve the problem!
