Connecting to ultimate team error

"connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment" I purchased FC24, gave my money for the game, being such a reputed brand, but service horrible, FC24 purchaser can't login at ultimate tea...

I read that some people logged in companion app and remove all players from their squad to fix this problem. Maybe it will help you but i can not log in ut and companion neither.
