I'm having the same issue. I was able to get in contact with "an advisor" over text support and they said that the team knows about the issue, but no fix as of now. feel 50/50 on whether the issue is actively being sorted or if that is just a scripted response. They didn't ask me to do any troubleshooting(which I had tried pretty much everything already anyway), so they must know its not an issue on the user end.

Cheer up guys I have positive feelings about this . I was hopeless yesterday thinking I was the only one having this issue because of my connection or something desperately tried every solution possible and was about to refund the game but then decided to wait . After all I wasn’t the only one And thanks to you guys sharing your complaints to ea they finally recognized and m sure even if they make us wait but the will solve it
