Does anyone have this problem, "Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment" I have had this problem since yesterday and it has not been solved.

I am having the same issue connecting to ultimate team as well. All other game modes work fine. I also ran my connection through the test and attached the results here.
- @EA_Solaire I can’t even get into the ultimate team menu, I get the error before I can even get in.
This obviously doesnt work. I am having the same issue and have run the stupid report and score above a 90. Running that literally does nothing for us, as we still can’t load into the game we paid for.
Can we get any updates or fixes? This is happening to me too trying to open saved packs for toty and get Malen evo started before it expires
Also Having this same issue, Have tried literally everything. The only thing that fixed it was a Hotspot from my phone. I have a 90+ connection score as well.
Exact same issue for me too on PS5 FC24. Works with mobile data but not wifi. Same for companion app.
can we get a solution for this EA??
Have the same issue here too. Console and companion app work on the home internet, but companion app works on mobile data.
Also to confirm - what’s other people’s ISP? I’m wondering if this is an ISP issue? Mines AT&T fwiw.
