There is a much higher chance of this happening while you're on a wireless connection. I know you mentioned it happens being wired too. What I'd like you to do is make sure you're wired and then play several games. After that, run the Connection Quality Report again and get me updates screenshots. Make sure the match history is also listed. This shows the individual matches and their connection stats. Thanks!
İ will do that but before matches i cant do anything on ultimate team menu . With or without cable . İ think its not about connection because if ultimate team gives error i can try again and doing same thing without problem second or third time . Or i can play matches without any connection issues , whenever match finishes , problem begins

According to the test you already ran, this is connection related. That's not uncommon though with a wireless connection. Please switch to a wire and power cycle your equipment with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. After that, runt he Connection Quality Report and get the screenshots I mentioned previously. Thank you.
Who is your internet service provider?
İ tried with cable only and still same errors all the time . Again i tried online draft and when the game starting , i lost my connection and i lost game . And it happens maybe 3-4 times on rivals , champion modes .. and still i cant go for sbc and store .
When i play rivals draft or champion ; sometimes starting of the match sometimes end of the match the error is your online connection lost …. ea/unabletoconnect
and if i try to do anything on ultimate team , im going main menu or ultimate game main menu
I'm convinced it's something to do with ea servers, everything has checked ok at my end, my test are great yet still same issues

You're missing the screenshots I need. Please rune the Connection Quality Report again and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
Mines is working and not cut out for a few games now, what I've found is that when coming out of ultimate team you have to close the game fully down before turning off the console which is a fault with the game.
Only thing is I've lost out in a lot of evolutions, dnf coin reduction and my rivals position is not where it should be.
Surely I should be getting DNF cleared, coins and packs for compensation?
İ add that . But i check the match history and its not fully true .
it doesnt cover my draft matches . İ lost connection on online draft like 10 times but anyone isnt in this list . And it says incomplete is 2 but i know i cant complete at least 10 match ..
