I want to create a case for an issue I have, but when I go to create a case and select the game EA FC, it just brings me to the help menu, and they keep directing me to Answer HQ. I had to create a case under another subject like 'don't have full content,' but they just closed my ticket. My goodness, EA was bad last year, but they have outdone themselves this year. Is anyone else having a problem?"
EAs ‘help’ service is made in a way that makes you give up, sadly. Dont know why it is so, but it seems EA dont like critisism, so the way to make a complaint is harder than winning the power ball lottery. There is so many things that needs fixing in this game, the list is endless.
BecUse they don’t actually offer you help, they tell you to try troubleshooting by restarting your console, reinstalling the game and so on to make it feel like a problem on your end yet everyone is having the same issues, they take zero responsibility for the state of the game
