@UrXJeanLucAs mentioned by EA help, you will receive compensation in the upcoming days. Only thing is, that coming day not arrived yet 🙂

Thanks for replying, I spoke to EA live chat before I made this post too just to chase up where the compensation was and they advised me that everybody had received theirs and because I had not received mine to make this post? 😅
