Define what a sanction is

Hello&nbsp;My EA FC 24 transfer market has been disabled because of some hacking onto my account. I have resolved the hacking issue but I have been falsely transfer banned because of the person hacking onto my account and transferring coins. I have emailed you with regards for lifting the ban or suspension but have not been replied to yet. Also when i go to look at my bans on the EA help website it says I have a sanction and I do not have a reason for the ban. Please could you define what a sanction is as it is not described on ten ToS page and look at replying to the email I sent and undoing this wrongful ban.

@daveflipitCome under this thread if you have been wrongfully coin wiped. (Mainly trading with evo players). We have more and more people here. We have to be under 1 thread to get noticed.
