Does anyone know why the gameplay is so bad?

As this thread has shown, Radioshaq is borderline trolling anyone who has GAMEPLAY issues by dismissing them as the users fault and referring to connection constantly, it's not connection it's the game that is horribly coded, the ai is horrible and does stupid thing after stupid thing yet Radioshaq shuts everybody down and blames their end.
I'm actually considering reporting them because it's becoming antagonizing.
What would the game coding have to do with people in Germany getting better gameplay? The op brought that up in his opening post so to me he is referring to connection. If you disagree that’s fine maybe his connection is fine. But to say it’s not relevant is wrong.
