Does PC Version Has Competitive Mode???

I reached Division Four 7 days ago, but I sill haven't got the competitive mode yet. 

I tried to contact EA support and open the case for it, but they just closed my case and put " NO FIX ".

So I guess this mode only for PS5 console?
