It sounds like you're playing FC 24 so I moved your thread from the FIFA 23 forums to the FC 24 forums. As far as your issue goes, if you're being told you don't have an FC 24 account, most likely you're logging into the wrong account. You can find the right one by loading into FC 24 and going to Customize > Online Settings > EA Account. That's the email you should be logging in with.
