I can't tell if you're intentionally avoiding answering the questions I'm asking or if I've posed my issues in the wrong area. Are you here to help with problems, or is there another location I should be directing my issues? Perhaps English isn't your first language, and if that's the case we can try to work through it if you're actually someone who helps.
So, let's start again as simple as I can make this. I'll use bullet points and we can go from there.
- Are you someone who helps with issues people are having with this game? Yes or No?
- If No, where can I direct my problem to get it fixed?
- If Yes, continue on to 2
- I cannot access the transfer market using web or mobile.
- The article you linked states 3 things need to happen:
- Account History in good standing. Can you tell me if my account is in good standing? I've never been made aware that it was not.
- How many different Ultimate Team™ accounts you’re using on the same device. I am using 1.
- How many active days of Ultimate Team™ you’ve played. I'm at 11 now.
- Are there any further requirements not listed in that article, or that I have overlooked?
- I am able to enable Playtime Usage Statistics, but it does not stay persistent through play sessions.
- Is this a known bug?
- If Yes, then what is the status of this? Is it being investigated? Are there steps being taken to fix it?
- If No, where should I report it, because it is not working and presumably should work.
