EA FC 24 - No Access to Transfer Market in Web app

I purchased the Ultimate Edition on PC. According to Steam, my playtime is currently at 95.6 hours. I have played multiple games every day since the initial early access release. I have also logged into the web / mobile app every day since release. I have played every game mode in Ultimate Team.

I have noticed that when I try to enable the playtime stats in FIFA, it works fine while I play, but when I log out of FIFA, and then log back in, it tells me I have to enable Playtime in order to have it tracked. So this is a bug in itself, but I am curious if this is also affecting my stats not being recorded to unlock my access to the transfer market.

This is extremely frustrating. What needs to be done to fix this bug?

    Hi there, @cdk_aegir 

    If you don't have access to the Transfer Market, it means the requirements have not been met yet. You can find the requirements in the article here. We are not able to manually unlock the market for you.

    While I agree, you would expect a representative such as @EA_Aljo in a place called ANSWERS HQ, would be able to either help, or provide direction to someone else, who would be able to help

    Unfortunately it doesn't seem like @EA_Aljo has any ability to do anything. It seems like a complete waste of time.

    @cdk_aegir all of them are bot bro. They are copy paste same articl and says "keep playin" i wish they have a report mod or cm. I will definetly report them cause they are locking topics n don't help us

    We are not bots here. Since this thread is now getting non-constructive and borderline rude, I'm going to lock it. We absolutely cannot help with transfer market access. It needs to be earned.
