@lilDunkey99 Pre-ordering any version does not guarantee Web App access if you are a new player.
If you had the Web App active in Fifa 23 you will be able to access the Web App for FC24.
If you are looking to transfer your club over to a different platform then all content including player items, consumables, coins and Fifa/FC points will not carry over to the new platform.
So if you use the web app now on your PC account and then transfer your club to PS5 you will lose all the items from the Web App, essentially you will start anew.
If you Pre-order for PS5 then once the game launches, transfer your PC club to PS then you should be able to access the Web App then with it being linked to your PS account, but as I said any items/coins acquired whilst your account is connected to PC will get wiped on transfer.
