@EA_Aljo Sorry. But, maybe, I’m stupid but I do not see any link that lead to an opening a new case. There are only links to a help articles.

- Choose your game
- Choose a reason for contacting support
- Choose a contact option
That should get a case opened.

Bro, you see hundreds of people here have the same problem, we all open cases for long days, and not even one got a positive answer from EA! can you do something for us, please? speak to someone on the higher levels?

Yeah, we get Banned with like no proof whatsoever.
Its like well you lost the russian roulette Game.
Now better accept it.
Worse then being banned , is being banned without no proof , like here this is what you exactly did. Then maybe you get a chance to explain . Afterwards they could still decide things.
But no ... we have nothing.
Sad.
This is not to trash you EA ... its conscrutive criticism.
