EA FC Coin Wipe and no details/reason

Entered my EA FC account this morning to see that my coins had been wipe for no reason, contacted EA and had no response as to why the coins have gone.

How do I get the coins restored as there is no reason as to why they should have been removed as all coins have been earned from trading, or selling players that I have packed from playing the game.
