EA FC24 missing Ultimate Edition Pre-Order bonus

Hello, I have received nothing from the Ultimate Edition pre-order bonus, except for the early access itself. No 4600 points, no Nike loan player, no Nike kit, not TOTW1 player, no loan players pick...

I figured it out for Steam. Go to your FC24 in Steam library and you should have a button to redeem the ultimate edition pre order bonus. Restart the game and you should have it.

I have got it on steam and there is not a button next to pay that says redeem ultimate edition. I know i brought ultimate edition because its in the email. What do i do?
