EA has removed all my coins.

Question

Hello. I have been playing and trading since Fifa 10 on this account, or even sooner when it was released.

Today i have connected to my account and all my 800k were gone. I have received an email saying that i can earn coins by playing the game or trading but cannot buy coins from other players or external sites.

I have not bought a single coin since i have started to play this game. This weekend i earn quite some coins by buying Guirassy when he was 30k and sell him for 50k + afterwards. I guess that was their automatic system has detected.

Please, does anyone know anyone who i can contact so they can refund me my coins?

I have opened a case at EA, they say 10 days at least to get a response. What do i do meanwhile?¿ My account is 15 years old, never broke the terms of rules...

It is so frustrating playing for 15 years to this game, spending the little time i have when i finnish my job to work my balance up, to see all dissapear, it is so unfair.

You did the right thing by contacting support. You will just have to wait and see what they say. There is a big thread where others have been banned some have gotten their coins back some have not. Suppose you will have to wait and see what they say.&nbsp;

I have just had all my coins removed and the only reason I can think off is because I was buying and reselling Gvardiol for the new CB evo and Depay for the othe evo l. we won’t get our coins back I’ve even saw some people on X say they got full transfer bans too. I think this is the final straw for me to fully quit the game, short of spending real money trading is the only legitimate way to make the coins you need to use the players I want to use I play quite often for someone who works I play champs every week and do well but rarely can make any major coins because of the awful distribution weight on these cards.&nbsp;

@pepelepew3 Same thing happen with me to. Friday i check the next week's games because i wanted to make some invesments on MM's. I saw there is Man City-Chelsea game and i decided to buy Man City Players. I buy 200 Ake for 650, 100 Nunes for 650, 100 Doku for 650, 20 Akanji for 700 and 200 Kovacic for 700. In Sunday i saw that there is Center Back Evo rumours and Ake was around 3-4k. So as a investor of course i sell my all Ake cards and Akanji cards. And i sold 1 Gvardiol for 9.5k. When i was sleeping i had 2 million Coin but when i wake up they were gone. I didn't deserve it. It was all my hard work. 1.5 month of hard work is gone now.
