EA Support Staff Ignored Request - SEEKING HELP
Below is a screenshot. These are cases that I have opened up with EA support for various reasons. Of which, the most recent has gone completely ignored. I was led to the forum, as the representative blatantly denied to answer my very OBVIOUS question.
I want my personal match data. They said they could not give me the results of my matches. My inquiry was to see what my DNF% was and how many of the DNFs were related to system error and not my personal connectivity. Reason being, EA's server has an error, and my match that I am playing gets bumped from connection, and I am wrongly awarded a DNF and lose my momentum particularly in the Rivals mode.
Any advice?
The rep so programmers from EA "patrol" this forum. So can anyone answer my question? I need an email for a programmer. I have quite a bit of feedback and for the last 4 years, I have been promptly ignored by the EA customer reps. Hopeful this forum can warrant something!
