@goalierowlie I would just assume you will always get the lowest or one of the lowest cards in the promo. I very rarely ever pack anything and been playing since 12. I would be more worried if you packed something good over and over.

I will likely win the lottery before packing something good over and over in Ultimate Team 🙂) I haven’t packed a tradable over 100k since the summer of 2020. This year, my highest tradable card was, you guessed it, Trezeguet.
I normally moan about pack weight but I've packed 14 gotg including zico and Maldini and I've not bought a single pack with money.
Just doing upgrades like crazy, finished the fof upgrades, dumping all gold rare 87+ players into exchanges to do more upgrades over and over.
Also doing the totw sbc alot so I can do the 85+ × 5 3 times a night.
I do get you though normally I'd have gotten 10 trez by now...

I'm happy to hear you got a stroke of luck. I've done everything, too, those 160 SBCs, countless picks, 85-89 exchange SBCs, all for nothing. If I've gotten only gold rares, I wouldn't have started this post. I haven't packed anything special the previous week, despite continuous grinding, so I would've assumed again it's just my poor luck. But I really blew a fuse with this Trezeguet thing, because I feel that EA is trolling me with these pack results. And nobody from customer support is ever interested in giving you an honest and helpful answer. I sit now with 2 untradable Trezeguet dupes, being unable to open any more packs and also having no SBC that I feel I should throw them in. All because EA seemingly pulled a joke on me, and flooded me with the same special card, as if it's nothing left in this promo to open.
Like I said I get it, I usually get the same player over and over or at least the lowest rated/valued over and over.
Tbh EA should have to publish the odds of getting a high value player vs a low value player, We don't have any of this information so telling us we have a 1% of packing a 94+ promo player isn't really that useful when there are hidden odds on getting a GOOD 94+ player.
