EAFC 24 Starter Packs won't appear
My Starter Packs won't appear on the web app and I know I should have packs because I have played the game for 4+ years and pre-ordered this fifa as well.

Hello, I have not received the foundation starter pack (with the badges, uniform and so on), i need them to complete objectives (foundation unifor).
I've only received the "loan pack", but not the foundation starter pack.
