EAFC 24 Starter Packs won't appear

My Starter Packs won't appear on the web app and I know I should have packs because I have played the game for 4+ years and pre-ordered this fifa as well.

There aren’t Returning User Rewards for EA SPORTS FC™.

Play by 1 November 2023 to become a Founder and get exclusive benefits in EA SPORTS FC™ 24 and beyond.

I’ve loaded the game on web app and console and my founder pack is yet to appear

    Same - how do I get access to the founder packs and founder objectives???

      I have the same problem. I am on the game on PS5, but there is nou founder pack.
