"See this is a server issue and I can't do much on this rather sharing your case to the team and inform you about the issue status. Also team has not yet provided any specific team when they going to finish the investigation and resolve this issue"
Hi team, this is what i have been told lately. I dont know how much they will take but its pretty sad that they take that long to fix an issue that its damaging our game experience. Im gonna reach a 100 packs already and im only having this problem since sunday morning i cannot even imagine people who has been having this bug since september. I really hope they fix it soon. But this is the last drop im not getting this game next year

Definitely what you have faced is the same as mine. I also have received the same response. However, since the issue started since September and still continuing, This is a huge problem. Hopefully they are able to fix it with a hot fix or some server update. Even if they permanently removed that card I’m fine with it.
