Fc 24 Frustration with lack of access to web and companion app transfer market

Dear EA Sports,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issue I have been facing with the FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) web and companion app.


Since the game’s release, I have invested both time and money into FIFA, playing numerous Ultimate Team matches, participating in Rivals, Squad Battles, Co-op Friendlies, and diligently logging into the web and companion app daily. Despite meeting all the specified requirements, I am still denied access to the Transfer Market on both platforms.

The most perplexing aspect is the inaccurate playtime tracking on your system. Each time I check, it claims I haven’t played any games, even though I am confident that I have surpassed the required number of matches. This inconsistency raises concerns about the functionality and reliability of your system.

What adds to my frustration is the realization that I am not alone in facing this issue. Many other dedicated players and customers are reporting the same problem, creating a sense of unfairness among those who have invested time and money into your product. It is disheartening to see pro players enjoying special features while others, who have also met the criteria, are left without access.

I implore you to address this matter promptly, acknowledging the existence of a bug in your system and taking steps to rectify it. As a loyal customer, I believe in the principle of fairness and equality for all players. I sincerely hope you take swift action to ensure that everyone, regardless of their status, can fully enjoy the features promised in the game.

  • I'm fully aware that your help articles suggest following certain steps and claim that "eventually you'll gain access to the transfer market on the web app." However, it's frustrating that, despite adhering to these instructions, the issue persists. It's akin to going to a doctor for a scheduled checkup, expressing that you're unwell, and receiving the generic advice to take over-the-counter medicine. Even after explaining that you've been following the advice without improvement, you're told to persist and that "eventually you'll get better." There must be a more effective solution, and we, as players, hope that EA Sports can delve deeper into this matter rather than offering generic responses.
