I also have the same problem all the cards grey stated "not found" and annoying.
Embarrassing that the EA Community Manager @EA_Aljo can’t help from this just trying to defer people to the live support which rarely ever helps
Agree with all comments regarding arbitrary reason for all our players being greyed out and stating they "not found". What is happening mr EA community manager. Fix it or i want a full refund including all the packs bought. I expect a speedy response.
JFI i was playing squad battles on wired connection and YOUR server disconnected me from the game i was winning (On Legendary i add) Ever since then NONE of my players can be found. This has been like tgis for over a wrek..... WTF are you doing about it.
