Dear ea supporter! i have problem since yesterday in ultimate team i cant do anything in PC but in mobile app i can use everything (in pc in the squad all the cards grey and "not found" but in app still good) + i dont have ban

I bought Putellas Tots Moments and Sommer. If I put them into my squad I can't play online games anymore. If I put them out I can play again. So everytime I buy a new one I can't play anymore so I can't upgrade my team since like 3 days!
That worked for me, deleteing the game from PS4 and re-installing fixed the issue, thanks man!
Even if u delete to enter ultimate team u need to download their updates then it shows not found again why are they like this?
