I'm sorry for duplicating the post (maybe I created the first one in the wrong branch), but I'd like to get the answer.
I have the Ultimate edition and 60 hours behind my back. I have all other rewards except the Founder pack with badge, kit and so on. The store shows me the red notification, but after opening it there's just store items, and nothing more. I tried to use VPN or other methods, but nothing worked out. I wonder, when developers will fix it and I can recieve my Founder pack?
With all respect to community managers and other developers in the company, I'd like to resolve this problem in a civilized way. We don't ask so much, just please, fix the game, we had already bought, and give us an answer. At least, an apology for what has happened. If you may compensate, that would be great, because we can't use the content for the 3 weeks. It's dishonest.
