Hi, I am missing FC Founders pack, which should contain kits, badges, etc.
I did reicive everything(I think) except this pack.
Anyone else with this problem?

Not received my Founders Evolution pack!
I have had my founders pack as part of my Ultimate Edition with the kits, badges etc but didnt have the Founders Evolution player! Anyone else having this issue & have we had a timeframe for this being resolved if it is in fact a known issue?
Hey, it's bee almost two weeks since a lot of us lose their Founder Evolution and still no answer update or compensation from EA.
In my case, Ferran Torres turned gold again after two games played as Evolution player. As you can see, I have now two Ferran in my club.
And as well, I have a bug in my packs. I got a gold pack inside another Gold Pack which is mark in the store but I cannot open it because is missing. Before your you tell me to open the app and blablabla, I've playing since Ultimate release, so I've open the app and the game dozens of times and the problem is no fixed.

Many people haven't received it. Its EA after all, we can't expect from them to do everything right from the beginning.
I buy eafc 24 ultimate edition but i dont get a FC founder pack
2 weeks later I still don't have FC Founders pack nor Founders Evolution. Startup crash still not fixed. EA doing nothing.
I'm sorry for duplicating the post (maybe I created the first one in the wrong branch), but I'd like to get the answer.
I have the Ultimate edition and 60 hours behind my back. I have all other rewards except the Founder pack with badge, kit and so on. The store shows me the red notification, but after opening it there's just store items, and nothing more. I tried to use VPN or other methods, but nothing worked out. I wonder, when developers will fix it and I can recieve my Founder pack?
With all respect to community managers and other developers in the company, I'd like to resolve this problem in a civilized way. We don't ask so much, just please, fix the game, we had already bought, and give us an answer. At least, an apology for what has happened. If you may compensate, that would be great, because we can't use the content for the 3 weeks. It's dishonest.

Anyone who got their fc founder pack? I’ve been emailing like 20 times without any real answers besides requests of purchase order etc etc.
if I want to have a refund for missing content of the game my account is at risk of being locked/terminated without even knowing if I will or will not get a refund. This all seems a bit weird. If any of you game managers could help me or sort this out that would be nice.
I’ve been missing my fc founder gear since the beginning of the game and it’s now been about a month or two since I started playing this game. At least compensate us for missing out on the xp. It isn’t the gear that’s important it’s the xp.
