FC points charged twice and no refund....
Hey guys, has anyone encountered this issue?
I went to my Companion app to buy 12000 FC points for the Winter Wildcards promo, after authenticating the purchase it threw an error and a popup with "PURCHASE ERROR" on it, closed the Companion app and reopened it, there first wasn't no FC points but when I restarted it once again they appeared but charged my credit card twice!
What should I do and where to address this issue to get my money back?!
Any help would be appreciated
