FC Pro Live Stream Rewards are not given

I've watched the whole stream FC Pro Open on Jan 6th, and never received the 15mins and 1hr rewards. Who should I contact regarding the issue. My yt account is connected and received the rewards in previous live streams.

In the Q&A page there is no information regarding what to do in the case you don't receive the rewards:

    Hey,

    I have been watching yesterday's fc pro for nearly 2 hours and I have still not received the final rewards to complete the objective. I got the Carvalho card, hut not the rare pack or the 84+ x5.

    Please amend.

    Still missing rewards in in this and previous seasons, but no responses given.
