Yesterday, all of my coins disappeared from my account, and this morning, I also received a transfer ban. It seems the system might have flagged this as suspicious to the recent SBC/EVO content. The prices of some Common Gold cards skyrocketed from 500 to 10,000 coins, which may have appeared as potential fraudulent activity. It's crucial to highlight that this issue has affected a significant number of players within our community. I have spoken to several people who have faced similar problems, and it's clear that this is not an isolated incident. As the Community Manager, I kindly request your assistance in this matter, either by helping directly or forwarding these messages to the relevant team. This situation has caused immense distress within our community and this greatly affects our motivation and enthusiasm for the game. We, would greatly appreciate if EA could consider restoring the coins that were lost, or at the very least, returning our coin balances to their state before the introduction of the recent content and would unlock the bans. I understand the importance of upholding the rules, but I also hope for a fair and thorough review of this situation. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.
