fc24 points have still not appeared on my account is there any way to fix this?

I recently purchased a code for fc24 points online, i attempted to redeem this code through the ea website to which my code was accepted however the fc24 points have still not appeared on my account

    You can try contacting an advisor for assistance, but they don't help with 3rd party codes. If you want to do that, a case can be opened here.

Can you please specify if FC Points or coins were purchased? If you purchased FC Points and did not receive them, please contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can investigate this.

Purchasing coins from 3rd party websites is very strictly against the rules. This is why I want to clear up any confusion about what you need help with. Thank you.
